What we collect when you request a demo.
This page covers the demo request form on this site. Our privacy policy covers the rest of the website, and the diagnosis has its own terms.
What we collect
The details you type into the form: your name, work email, fund or firm, role, the size and stage of your portfolio, and your message if you write one. We also record how you reached the page (the campaign tags in the link you followed and the referring site), so we know which introductions are working. Like the rest of this website, this page uses analytics to understand how it is used. See our privacy policy. The form is masked from session recordings.
Why we collect it
To arrange and prepare for your demo, and to follow up with you about a pilot. We won't add you to a newsletter or marketing list without asking.
Where it is stored
Your request arrives as an email in the Scale Foundry team inbox, in our Google Workspace. Google may store it on servers outside Australia. We keep it for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it.
Who sees it
The Scale Foundry team only. We don't sell your details, and we never share them with other funds or companies.
Asking for a copy or deletion
Email adrian@scalefoundry.com.au to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
